Do you take custom orders?

When is your next restock?
You can subscribe to my email list where a newsletter with the restock date as well as pictures + prices of all the restock items will be included. After the restock is announced the date will be at the top of my website. If there is no date at the top, the next restock hasn't been announced yet.
Is this item food/microwave/dishwasher/oven safe?
If an item is intended to be used with food or come in contact with your mouth, then yes, that particular item will be glazed with a food-safe glaze. There should also be an indicator in the product description that states that it is food safe. If there is no indicator in the product description, that item is not intended to be used with food. That doesn't necessarily mean the glaze isn't food safe.
*If it has 22 kt gold, silver, or pearl luster: it is NOT microwave, dishwasher, or oven safe.
Although a piece may be dishwasher safe, I would recommend washing by hand.
If you intend to put a piece in the oven, do so with caution. Place your pottery in the oven at room temperature before you preheat. DO NOT put room temperature pottery into a hot oven!!! This can cause thermal shock which can cause your pottery to crack or break. After taking your hot pottery out of the oven, do not place on any cold surfaces. This will also cause thermal shock.
Do you allow refunds?
If your pottery arrives broken, you will receive a full refund. You will need to provide pictures of the damage and packaging to receive your refund. If your pottery breaks while in use, you will not receive a refund.
Do you ship outside the US?
As of right now, sadly I do not. However I do hope to have international shipping available in the future.
